Payment and Lease Agreement:

Before moving into the property, applicants must pay one month’s rent and a deposit equal to one month’s rent. All tenant information will be included in the lease agreement, which must be signed by all parties before keys are released. An inventory list of contents will be provided and must also be signed in advance.

Utilities:

Tenants are responsible for all utility costs, including electricity, gas, oil, refuse, telephone, broadband, and TV subscriptions, unless otherwise stated, for the duration of the tenancy.

Rent Payment:

Rent must be paid monthly in advance via standing order or direct debit to the landlord’s account unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
